My first ever concert was Ghali, an Italian rapper. I saw him in Palalottomatica in Rome in 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is one of my favorite memories because it brings together so many important firsts in my life. It was the first time I ever took a flight alone to visit my aunt and uncle in Rome. I remember feeling a mix of emotions before leaving: I was scared because I had never traveled by myself before, but at the same time I felt so excited and proud to be doing something so independent. Even small things, like finding my gate, boarding the plane alone, and arriving in a new city by myself, felt like huge milestones to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That trip became even more unforgettable because it was also where I went to my first ever concert: seeing Ghali live in Rome in 2018. As a big fan, being there felt surreal. I remember the excitement before the concert started, standing in the crowd and feeling the energy all around me. The moment Ghali came on stage and the whole crowd started singing along is something I can still picture so clearly. Hearing songs I had listened to so many times through my headphones suddenly come to life made the experience feel almost unreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Looking back, that trip was about so much more than just a concert. It was a moment where I really challenged myself, stepped outside of my comfort zone, and proved to myself that I was capable of doing things on my own. My first solo flight, my first concert, and my first time experiencing a city like Rome in that way all happened during the same trip, which is why this memory feels so meaningful to me. Whenever I think about Rome, I don\u2019t just think about the city itself, but about how grown-up, free, and happy I felt during those days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
